Hummus--Palestinian Version
I have been neglecting this blog but a friend asked for my hummus recipe, which prompted me to share it here.
Welcome to "Healthy and Quick Recipes"! I have always enjoyed cooking and entertaining but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen preparing a meal. Here are some of the recipes I’ve tried and liked. I strive to use unprocessed ingredients and organic produce whenever possible and to buy locally. While I try to eat a plant-based diet, I am not an absolute vegan. And I do strive to eat healthy foods and limit my intake of processed or “convenience” foods.
