Sweet Potato with Black Beans

1. Bake sweet potatoes in their skins (microwave or conventional oven).
2. While the potatoes are baking, drain 1 can of black beans and 1 can of diced tomatoes with jalapenos.  Mix the beans and tomatoes together in a saucepan and heat through.
3. Peel and mash the sweet potatoes.
4. Top with the beans and tomatoes.
5. Top with Greek-style non-fat plain yogurt.
