WATERMELON AND RASPBERRY ICE
A cool refreshing, dessert, made with abundant summer fruits. Allow 6 to 8 hours to freeze completely.
In a blender or food processor put:

- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 T. flavored liquor such as creme de cassis or triple sec
- 1 T. lemon juice
